Directions to the Legion

Google maps are great, but don’t show all the businesses and landmarks that serve as reference points along the route to help you verify you are on the correct path. The below directions from the Naval Station and Anderson Air Base provide more detail and well known reference points.

From the Naval Station, proceed North on Marine Corps drive, approximately 9 miles, pass the Lone Star Steak house and fire station on the left and take a left at the GITC intersection traffic signal. From Anderson Air Base, proceed South on Marine Corps Drive, approximately 10 miles, pass Denny’s on the right and turn right at the GITC intersection traffic signal. You will be on Chalan San Antonio.

After turning onto Chalan San Antonio, proceed approximately 700 meters to the Elite Bakery (small white building on the right) and turn right on East Atty Alberto Lamorena Street. The Legion is about 100 yards on the left where Lamorena street street ends in a T with a cross street.

Note: After turning on to Chalan San Antonio, you will see King’s Restaurant, GPO, Ruby Tuesday’s and Longhorn Steak House on the left and a Shell station and KFC on the right before the Elite Bakery. You will pass through one traffic signal in front of GPO. If you pass a 2nd traffic signal, you have gone too far.
